Allow your digestive system to rest!

Updated: Oct 12, 2021

Intermittent Fasting, pick a time that works for you to allow your digestive system to rest.

Position yourself through Spirit Mind and Body and watch how You connect back to you.

Intermittent Fasting Journey

My intermittent fasting journey began in the summer of 2020, I began a fast with the church that I attend and we were fasting on healing, because of everything that was going on in the world, we all came into prayer mode. It was a 21 day fast and during that fast I got closer to God and that allowed me to connect back to Me. The challenge ended but I continued.

My eating regimen is 12 noon- 8pm.

I begin breaking my fast with eating something light or I may have a snack, however some may have a large meal when breaking their fast. I like to introduce my stomach to foods slowly instead of (BAM!!) and then it hits my stomach like a ton of bricks. Once I've eaten something small, I'll breakdown the rest of my calories left and divide the calories by two and distribute them amongst two meals. I usually have the first big meal around 2pm and the second big meal around 6pm. Within each meal I try to have all my macros, however if it doesn't work out that way it's okay as long as I get my protein in. In order for me to get as many or all my macros I'll eat small increments of food until 7:30pm just to prepare me for 8pm fasting lockdown (lol).
